  extremely disappointing sad and discouraging, l left the clinic with hurt feelings rather then feelings of being in good hands. Here’s why, firstly I should warn those who need mental health support do not attend this clinic go elsewhere, don’t expect any compassion from the doctors it’s unlikely you’ll get it. Very robotic Twice in 2 weeks l went to visit in the hopes of gaining some advise or suggestions, naturally before prescribing medication or offering mental health plan l must give brief background as to why l need help, however consultation was like speaking to an unsympathetic robot and the few words she could muster muffled behind her mask was we hear stories all the time in other words you are not more important then anyone else, well l agree but must you make me feel that way? I even said wow you make me feel like just a number like they reading from a script, terrible interpersonal skills, l left more depressed. Second visit was to fill in forms that the last robot told me l could just leave on the counter and pick up on my own time that way l wouldn’t have to pay again but l made the appointment with another doctor as very uncomfortable with the first and this was my experience.
  l had been neglecting my health for so long finally l decided it was time to do all the appropriate check up’s again expressionless no greeting just a cold robotic demeanour,
  l needed her to fill in a medical certificate while she was doing so l said also there’s and she cut me off and said there is no also lm filling in your form and that’s it today make another appointment. I said do you mean l have to make an appointment for another concern? and yes was her response, it takes 5 minutes max to write a referral or a script and lm paying for your time and you don’t mention there’s a time limit
  Also your receptionist is unfriendly your clinic has never had friendly staff and your Christian ethics according to what decorates your wall’s dose not in anyway depict your Christian values, there is no love of humanity and lve had enough of this clinic thank you and good riddance

  Extremely welcoming and professional doctors surgery. The nurses go above and beyond with making sure myself and my babies have a positive experience.

  Extremely disappointing. Mentioned that I have a husband, got a bunch of STI testing on the bloodwork he was doing. No discussion or advice that this is what he'd chosen to do. I think you're in need of some sensitivity training, Dr Sam Takla.

  Please understand that if you are working in a clinic assisting patients that are unwell and concern, do not treat them like nothing you are not a robot you are dealing with humans that are trusting the clinic and the system to get well, if you don't like your you job do something else but understand that if someone call because is concern about a treatment that is doing with a doctor and need to pass on a message or information do not tell them that the doctor has NOT TIME for it.

  Quite literally the most useless medical centre I’ve been to. Paying for an appointment to watch a doctor google my symptoms and print me out the webpage..
  A week later the receptionist called up and said I had been overcharged for my appointment - when I went back in they told me they had called me by accident but no one had bothered to call me back. Absolutely useless don’t waste your time or money.
